GLASS VEGAS 2024 REGISTRATION

Glass Vegas is open to qualified Wholesale Buyers, Glass Artists and Media only. You must provide these types of documentation:

Personal Legal ID
To prove you are who you say you are!

Please take a picture of your personal identification document with a picture of yourself. Acceptable documents are:
• State-issued driver's license
• State-issued ID card
• Passport
• Other equivalent identification document

Business Documentation
To prove you represent a shop and have purchasing authority.

Please take a picture of your business document. Documents MUST HAVE YOUR NAME AND BUSINESS NAME. Acceptable documents are:
• Business License
• State Sales Tax ID
• State Tobacco resale license
• Business Credit Card
• Resale License or Seller's Permit

Brick & Mortar / Website Showing sufficient Glass For Sale
To prove you sell quality hand blown glass and qualify for wholesale pricing.

Please take a picture of your company/store facility for the company name mentioned in your profile to prove you have SELLING/PURCHASING AUTHORITY. Acceptable pictures are:
• Storefront pictures
• Administrative screen from Website/Online store
• Other equivalent pictures

Upon approval, you will be required to pay a $150 fee for the Non-Exhibiting Spectator Artist Pass. PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION IS APPROVED. Trust us, attending this event will be well worth the cost. You will meet other talented glass artists and attendees, attend the Millie Meetup, and get to experience all the love of this epic event!

Prove You Are A Working Artist
To show you are actually a glass artist!

Please take a picture proving you are a glass artist. Acceptable documents are:
• Picture of your Instagram showing product for sale from at least 6 months prior to GV2024 (Required)
In Addition, Any one of the following:
• Picture of a Link to your Merch site (bigcartel, Instagram, etsy, personal website, etc..)
• Prior pictures of work that match Instagram/Facebook/BigCartel/ any Merch site
• A picture of an instagram post with a picture of you holding a sign saying "Proof its me GV2024"
• A Picture of YOU on the torch

Media registrations MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO THE SHOW as there will be no on site media approvals.

You will have to provide content of the show to management within 30 days of the end of the show. If you do not provide content, you will not be allowed to return as media to future GV shows.

To prove you are a media professional!

Please take a picture providing real proof that you do, in fact, work in media. Acceptable documents are:
• Business card with Media Company represented or Pic of Company website listing you as Media Staff. Your name and email (matching your registration) must be clearly shown.
In Addition, Any one of the following:
• A picture of a website or blog showing your articles, posts, or published pictures with photo credits from at least 6 months prior to GV2024

Group rates are $75 - $175 Saturday Jan. 27 - Saturday Feb. 3. The resort fee is waived and taxes are currently at 13.38%. Rates subject to change.
